A scientist struggles to locate a mysterious child whose voice she hears over the radio as disastrous storms and rising water threaten the world.  Eight years later, a young girl continues her mother’s quest with courage and faith.  Winner of the 2008  National Science Playwriting Award at the Kennedy Center ACTF (under the previous title Twenty Moments in the Space Between).
